As revealed by Honor, its latest offering, the Magic8 Pro mobile phone, has been enrolled in the Android 17 beta program and will now be able to upgrade to the third beta version of Android 17.
The company has issued an official statement that developers will be able to download and install Android 17 Beta 3 on the Magic8 Pro.

Honor further detailed the notable elements of the Android 17 Beta 3, which include the inclusion of Bubbles throughout the system, RAW14 image support, additional customizability in the user interface, better system controls, an upgraded Dark mode, and increased privacy and security measures.

The Magic8 Pro phone needs to have software version 10.0.0.162 (C636E4R105P2H2) installed on the device or newer versions in order to install the Android 17 Beta 3 update.
Android 17 Beta 3 was released by Google last month, while the first beta for QPR1 is expected to follow suit. Android 17 will become available publicly in September. Google plans on discussing upcoming Android updates as part of the next Android Show: I/O Edition, which will be held today.
